Terms & Conditions

1. Services

Shot By Kore provides professional photography services including, but not limited to, portrait sessions, wedding photography, event coverage, and personal branding photography. The specific services, deliverables, and pricing are as outlined in the agreed package at the time of booking.

2. Booking & Payment

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date.
• The remaining balance is due before or on the day of the session.
• Bookings are only confirmed once the deposit has been received.
• Payment can be made via bank transfer or other agreed methods.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Rescheduling with at least 48 hours' notice: your deposit will be transferred to the new date.
• Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of the session may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
• In the unlikely event that we need to cancel, we will offer a full refund or reschedule at your convenience.

4. Session Add-Ons

Additional time (30 minutes at £80) applies only after a package has been finalised and the session has already started. Extra images, picture frames, and photobooks can be purchased at the prices listed on our Services page.

5. Image Delivery

• Portrait sessions: 7–14 working days turnaround.
• Events and weddings: 3–4 weeks turnaround.
• Images are delivered via online gallery for download.
• Galleries remain accessible for 3 months after delivery.

6. Image Rights & Usage

• You receive a personal-use licence for all delivered images. This includes printing, sharing on social media, and personal display.
• Shot By Kore retains copyright of all images and may use them for portfolio, social media, and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Commercial use of images by the client requires a separate commercial licence agreement.
• Editing, altering, or adding filters to delivered images is not permitted without prior agreement.

7. Liability

While we take every precaution to deliver high-quality work, Shot By Kore shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or failure to deliver services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to equipment failure, severe weather, or illness. In such cases, we will work with you to find a suitable resolution.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
