How do I book a session?

You can book a session by filling out the inquiry form on our Inquire page, sending us a message on WhatsApp, or emailing us directly. We'll get back to you within 24 hours to discuss your vision and confirm availability.

How long until I receive my photos?

Turnaround time depends on the type of session. Portrait sessions are typically delivered within 7–14 working days. Events and weddings may take 3–4 weeks due to the volume of images to edit.

Do you travel for shoots?

Yes! We're based in the UK and happy to travel for sessions. Travel within a 20-mile radius is included. For locations further afield, a small travel fee may apply — we'll discuss this during your consultation.

What should I wear to my session?

We'll send you a detailed preparation guide after booking, including outfit recommendations tailored to your session type and location. Generally, solid colours and timeless pieces photograph best.

Can I purchase additional images after delivery?

Absolutely! Extra retouched images can be purchased at £15 each. We keep your gallery for 3 months after delivery, so you can decide at your own pace.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, we offer flexible payment plans. A 50% deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due before or on the day of the session.

What happens if I need to reschedule?

Life happens! We ask for at least 48 hours' notice for rescheduling. Your deposit will be transferred to your new date. Cancellations within 48 hours may forfeit the deposit.

Do you provide props or backdrops for studio sessions?

We have a selection of backdrops and basic props available. If you have specific props in mind, you're welcome to bring them along. We'll discuss setup details during your pre-session consultation.
